Urgent translation is a speed-up regime of translation, involving the required number of translators  for the project, without deterioration of quality.
Urgent translations during one day are the documents of individuals and entities for filing to embassies and other small documents, such as passports, marriage certificates, birth certificates, death certificates, certificates on surname change, certificates of no criminal record,  certificate of no previous convictions, documents about education, certificates of salary, certificates from bank, medical certificates, certificates from school,  institutes, universities, certificates of family composition, family status certificates, certificates from communal household agencies housing and public services, statements etc.

Urgent translations within a week include the contracts, statutes, technical instructions, websites, presentations, business plans.
Urgent translations for more than a week are the large projects containing 100 or more pages.
* The urgent translation is paid at double rate, but our translation agency offers the discount system depending on the scope of work

Notarization

Our bureau provides for notarization of translations of the following types:
-Notarization of "the translator's signature" is the notary certification of genuineness of the translator's signature. This type of certification applies to the documents of both Ukrainian and foreign origin, and the translation is filed with the original only, save for the passport.
The cost of this service is 70 UAH per document.

-Notarization of "photocopy + translator's signature" is confirmation by the notary of the fact that the photocopy is a true copy of the, and that the translator’s signature is genuine. This type of certification applies to the documents, the originals of which cannot or should not be filed with the translation, because these documents are issued only once.
The cost of this certification is from 80 UAH per document.

-Notarization of "photocopy of the original document" is a notary certification of a photocopy from the original document. The presence of the original is binding.
The cost of such service is 25 UAH per 1 page

Translation of documents for embassies

Translation of powers of attorney is done for the purpose of legalizing and exercising of authorities issued by one individual or entity to another individual or entity in the territory of a different country.

Interpretation

This type of translation is highly demanded, because now there are lots of foreign projects and companies attracting foreign investors, so there is an ever-growing need in mastering of a foreign language. But if it is not one foreign language, but a couple, then our translation agency comes for help. We will provide you with an experienced translator in terms convenient to you at the agreed price.
The list of basic interpretation services includes:

- interpreter’s services at business negotiations
- interpreter’s services on the production site
- interpreter’s services at workshops
- interpreter’s services at exhibitions and presentations
For all these services we can provide you with a skilled interpreter depending on the translation topic.
We also can send the interpreter on mission.
In this case, the customer, besides hourly translation rate, shall reimburse all interpreter's expenses for visas, habitation, transportation and daily allowance in accordance with applicable laws.
The minimum duration of interpretation is 2 hours.

Apostille (Legalization)

The documents intended for filing with official authorities of other countries (parties to Hague convention), are certified according to a special, simplified procedure: the Ukrainian authorities place a special stamp (apostille) which does not require further assertion or legalization and is acknowledged as official by establishments of all countries, which are the parties to the Convention.
 The Apostille is not placed:
on originals, copies and photocopies of passport documents, military service cards, employment record cards, permissions to carry weapon, certificates of registration of vehicles (technical passports), certificates of identity, regiulations, explanations and legal grounds for their use, and documents having the nature of correspondence.
 The Apostille cannot be placed:
On documents issued by foreign diplomatic organizations, and on administrative documents direct related to the commercial or custom operations.  The Apostille can be placed on the copies of such documents, notarized in accordance with the established procedure in territory of Ukraine (notarized).
The Apostille on legal documents shall be placed by legal entities by themselves.

The cost of placement of the Apostille in the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Foreign Affairs is UAH 200 per document.
The cost of placement of the Apostille in the Ministry of Education is UAH 450 per document.
